Last Word with Lawrence O'Donnell - Metadata wrong

Hi all, I’ve tried refreshing and deleting from the library but The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell keeps showing new episodes with airing date in 1900. This is making it difficult to see which one is the most recent one. Is there any way to fix this?

Is this a show you are recording yourself?

Have you tried this:
edit the show at its top level
go to the Advanced tab
set the “Episode ordering” to “TheTVDB (aired)”
Refresh Metadata of the whole show

Thanks, it’s not a show I’m recording myself. I’ve changed episode ordering to TVDB aired and the issue persists.

Are these mp4 files?
And if so, do you have “Prefer local meta tags” activated in the properties of your library?
If they are, try disabling that, then Refresh Metadata again.

They are .mp4, “Prefer local meta tags” was enabled in the library prefs, I’ve disabled it and refreshed metadata for both the show and later for the whole library and the issue persists.

I am told this issue has been fixed in the backend. Wait another 24 hours from now, then refresh the show.
