It seems that Plex Arcade has gone quite quiet on the forum front. Any news on how development is coming along? How long till the next update? Any new features/functionality in the pipeline?
I have signed up for the free trial in order to see if I can get this working on a Firestick only to find that this isn’t possible due to Parsec issues.
I’m not even sure how you would go about using a gaming controller with a firetv stick so havent really got that far with testing. Seems to be fine with android/ios/web so far though from my testing. Still hoping they will sort out a concurrent licencing model with Parsec though so we can share our arcades with our users.
Pairing a BT controller with LUNA or other Amazon streaming games works great on a Firestick.I figured the same would be true with Plex/Parsec. Amazon FireTV runs on Android Operating Sys. Hence it’s greater ability to install unapproved software (IPTV apps). And let’s not forget that FireTV was advertised as a compatible option.
And our Apple iPads won’t work with Plex Arcade because they aren’t at OS 13 or above.
Sorry, we hit a small roadblock with supporting some of the newer/higher end cores, which is making it take longer than we expected.
