Plex 1.61.2 running on QNAP won’t record shows from the new EPG. Recordings section says No Upcoming Airings and it’s on in 5 hours. DVR is completely broken.
Setting this to look for programs on All Channels, it says there’s an upcoming airing on Channel 20 on Monday at 3:00pm. This is an old airing and will record. I am set to record new airings only so this is broken. Episode says it’s new but it isn’t.
Yep. It looks like it’s not tagged as new in the guide, which is probably why it’s not scheduled to record. You could either change it to record new and old or maybe just record that specific episode.
You’re not alone. I have a couple of programs that aren’t scheduled for tonight and another one that will, but it doesn’t have the right season and episode information. Hoping this all gets taken care of quite quickly.
Thanks for the reply. You made me realise that BBC1 wasn’t showing ‘New’. I’ve set it to record only on 001 both new and repeat airings and it’s found it.

The data for Eastenders is wrong in the new EPG, Episode number is way out and as mentioned New flag is wrong
Also report on here if you have a few minutes
The more that report the quicker it might get fixed, tonight should be S35E108

I am have the same issue. Most of my recordings are now not scheduled anymore because the guide is not showing them as new anymore.
Does anyone from plex have a fix yet?
