Ok, I see where the issue occurs. Iām not sure whatās causing it. Weāll need to investigate. Can you provide me a 60 second sample of the video? https://support.plex.tv/articles/201035968-generating-sample-files-from-media/
With which video? The problem is happening with the entire library not just one video, and across multiple platforms as well.
Any platform that was updated the the latest version is unable to load any video across the library
I found a fix, reverting my PMS to 1.18.9.2578 fixed the issue on all devices
anything after this update causes the same issue for me.
however, going to this version Iām missing out on Skip intro and the new Plex agent.
is there a way to identify why this is happening?
