Server Version#: DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 4
Player Version#: 1.31.1.6733
Never happened before, but now constantly getting this error and unable to use server. Memory is clearly not an issue here on my DS920+. Only used as storage and PMS. Restarting didn’t fix. No other issues on NAS-side, so must be Plex from what I’m seeing. No other recent changes at all other than updating to latest Plex version. Server is unreachable. Just noticed that this is the second time now I’ve clicked “Run” as if the service doesn’t even want to start. Freezing up and crashing during playback as well.
Got this for the I don’t know how many-ith time after restarting PMS on the server. Works after about a minute of loading…

As for “Out of Memory”, did you increase the number of folders PMS can watch?
Nope, just added folders within.
Ok, I know when the issue started, so I’ll remove the folders added since then. Empty the trash and clean bundles. Then slowly add back in and see which is corrupted. Then figure out how to replace it. Thanks!
4 GB installed, extra memory will come at a later date. But it was a corrupted file. No issues now with removal, and memory sitting happy where it normally is at.
But I do have another question. On the Home Screen, there’s a row that says “Because you watched [whatever movie/show title]” and gives recommendations in the Movies & Shows (On Plex) library. I don’t like seeing the yellow triangle in the top-right of the posters, so I mark every movie and episode as played. So this row just shows similar things from random movies and shows each time lol. Any way to remove it without having to unpin the Movies & Shows (On Plex) library from the sidebar? It’s not listed in the Manage Recommendations section.
