Plex crashes and runs out of memory every time when it tries to run scheduled maintenance. My NAS is DS918+ with 4gb ram. Year ago, everything is fine. But now it crash every night.

So from that screenshot, Plex is being killed by the NAS due to it OOMing Depending on if the NAS anything else running, and the size of your database 4GB of ram may not be enough.
but in DMS6, NAS didn’t kill Plex by OOMing, I have same libary in DMS6. After update it always happen when Plex run maintenance
