Hey, so I load a video on plex and it works fine. I then enable the subtitle, I then get 3 dots loading and then error: ‘undefined’ code: ‘-2140536828’
I’ve searched online and it seems many others have this problem and that the latest version of Plex on PS4 seems to have introduced the bug. Are there currently any workarounds for this? I should probably mention I am severely deaf in both ears and can only hear out of one (right) with a S*** hearing aid. I don’t have this issue on PC using plex just the PS4. This is very frustrating, I cannot watch movies without subtitles so I’ve been using Ps4 remote with headphones (headphones cause feedback on my hearing aid and has to be angled at a specific position to be somewhat tolerable) if anyone has a fix for this I would greatly appreciate it!
