Since updating to 1.31.2.6739 server (windows 64 bit) - I can’t play anything on either my iphone (latest IOS) or my apple-tv (latest TvOS) - videos fail / hang (after two seconds at the most) and I get the server isn’t fast enough messages… which I know isn’t true. Is anyone else noticing issues with apple products on the player side? How can I correct this - or go back to the old server version. Which was working fine. Thanks for any help 
I’ve tried reinstalling both the server and the players as well with the latest versions from plex… .and the apple app store… no luck… problem remains…
Check you are not transcoding. Set the Quality in the client to Original.
