Terrible Playback / Skipping with Latest Versions of Plex on Apple TV 4K 5th Gen

Player Version#: Latest Apple TV Version

These movies were playing back perfectly before. Suddenly like 2x months ago, they stopped working. It was exactly after I did an update (don’t remember the version). Any ideas?

Everything plays back perfectly on InFuse through Plex on the same Apple TV.
