Mac Server, iOS Player: Conversion failed. The transcoder exited due to an error

Server Version#: 1.18.9.2578 Mac
Player Version#:iOS 6.9

Getting this error message on two files, when playing on iOS players. Everything else works fine, with these and other files, playing on other platforms. The two files only fail on iOS.
I just updated to the latest server version thinking that may be the issue but didn’t help.
