Since the latest Plex update all movie and series buffer on my rokus and smart TVs. I can watch Hulu and Netflix no problem but the server in my house buffers??? Oh iI even tried rolling my Plex version back to a few different versions issue is still there and my Roku is showing 3.6 1080p is the only thing available I used to have 20mbs and 10mbs as an option
