Just got this on our LG 43. Restarted the tv nothing same error. Shut down the plex server and started it back up still nothing.
I can access my server with Firefox just fine.

I just got this same error as well. Could it possibly be that the server the app connects to for authentication went down? And not an issue with the app itself?

I am having the same issue and I uninstalled and installed the app but nothing. Is it an issue that the app itself will fix up or what?

I have twoof these TVs getting 404 error on both, have restarted reinstalled all that still 404 error . My Xbox One works fine for Plex

Hmm dont work on my TV either.
Have two LGs

The TV in my livingroom is a 65W8PLA , dont work . The menus keep spinning. I have tried to uninstall the APP , reinstall and relinked. Same problem. My server is located on my LAN.

LG TV in the bedroom is a newer LG C1, works fine without any problems.

Any ideas?
