I have the same problem since several days. They stop showing and after couple of minutes start working again… super strange!

Oh! Nice to know! I wasn’t patient enough, but now I’ve tested, the subs start showing after a couple of minutes indeed. Thank you : )

Nevertheless, it’s a bug which is very annoying. Last night subs disappeared 5 times on a movie and sometimes it took about 10min to be restored. It will be nice someone from Plex team to respond to that issue. It was caused by the last LG webOs release.

SRT/ASS or PGS subtitles? PGS subtitles can take a little bit to show up because of the amount of processing needed. If it’s SRT/ASS though, it should be pretty quick. Logs would help.

I have done the same, B7 OLED. everything was working fine and now SRT subtitles stopped working. It works well on the XBOX Series X and the PC.

Same issue here, subtitles not appearing until 5 minutes into the episode/movie. TV is LG OLED65C7

Exact same for me on my OLED55C7. It seems like the first and last 5 minutes my external .srt subtitles do not show.

Same thing on my end, although it is only the last 5 minutes when subtitles (srt) disappear. Going back a minute or 2 or completely reloading the movie fixes it, but it is annoying as hell. Oled 65C8 on my end.
