LG C2 WebOS - Plex signs out when using magic pointer but not when click navigating

Hi,

Just got an LG C2 55". Plex will sign in, and I can see my content on the plex app on webos. But it asks to reauthenticate - re signin when i go to play an episode. This then works but signs you out.

Then it was working occasionally, and through testing we found that it only fails and requests sign-in when we are using the magic pointer to select an episode.

It works fine if we use the navigation buttons on the remote.

Anyone else seen this or have any ideas???
