The most recent update was back in January for my TV, the media player was working just fine no issues at all until this most recveent update.
All of my Movies and TV Shows are now out of sync or play with no audio unbless i back up the video to the start again it’s ok., I never had this issue with this player on my TV before until this update.
Is anyone else having this issue? I do not get this issue on my Shield TV in my living room I don’t have another stream box in my bed room, I do have a computer however and it does not have the issue at all either at first I thought the file maybe bad but nope I tried it on the last show I watched before this update and the issue preceded on it when it never had this probnlem before on that show cant recall what it was since it was around the begining of january I thin the show was maybe SpyxFamily.
I’ve doen the following troubleshooting with the player.
- Restarting the TV
- Unplugint the power form the TV, and powering it back on
- Cleared out Plex from recent apps on my TV
- Uninstalled and reinstalled Plex on my TV
I can get a Chromecast or anotrehr Shield to resolve this but I figured I’d let Plex maybe know of the issue in case anyone else is using the TV app I know TVs don’t have the best hardware for streaming content too.
