This issue has been present for me for a very long time. I was hoping it will be fix and I was postponing to log it as an issue. Home videos (not movies) - see attached metadata play on LG TV but the video lags behind sound. I have to say that the same file work fine on Plex iOS and Plex Web. It is definitely related to webos version only. Here is the meta-data for a sample file.
