I hope someone can help me out. I have LG TVs in my house, one is WebOS 3 and the other WebOS 4 and they are both fine. I have LG TVs which are outside my network, all running WebOS 4 and the message received is “No content available. Kindly ask the Plex Home Admin to share content with you”. As a test, i used an Android TV and this works absolutely fine. All phone apps and web browsers from a PC/Laptop all work completely fine, so remote access is not the problem.
I read in another topic that it could be an account issue that needs to be sorted by Plex themselves?
I have tried deleting all the devices, reinstalling the plex app and nothing seems to work, its like the LG TVs are not being directed to my server to retrieve the content.
Can somebody help at all?
