Instant "Content is unavailable" on LG

Server Version#: 1.15.8.1198 on CentOS
Player Version#: Plex for LG 3.103.1
webOS Version#: 4.1.0

Starting from today, not a single movie / channel is played from an online source on LG TV. Instantly the message “Content is unavailable” appears.

At the same time, everything works on Andriod, on the same PMS, on the same account.

Same problem here. Online content used to crash the LG app. Now with the last update it doesn’t crash but won’t play. I get “content not available error”. Same online content on Xbox and Android plays fine. So bump


My LG Webos TV using the Plex App on my Windows PC as the server over an home ethernet. Almost everything plays well. However, Plex plugins “channels” do not play, i.e. CBS nightly news. displays “Playback Error” and “Content Unavailable” after going thru the episodes available and selecting play . This doesn’t happen when I play it on my server, android phone, Plex media player on a windows laptop. Even plays using Plex on my Amazon Firestick plugged in the TV. So content is good and available, just not at our LG TV. I’ve tried factory reset and reinstalling Plex, but no help. Also rebooting my PC and DSL Modem. No help. Also tried changing internet feed. Seems like this is an LG WebOS issue rather than Plex, but hope maybe someone has found a solution???
