LG TV Open Plex app No internet connection

<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

Watch satellite on tv then try to use Plex app shows not internet connection. TV is wired, and Plex app will not open until TV is unplugged then plugged back in.

Also before doing hard reset (unplugging) check internet and Netflix loads without any trouble.
