Today, I encountered an unexpected issue, as shown in the image. When I launch the Plex app, I am greeted with the following screen.

Plex version: 5.4.0

What would be the solution to my problem?

hello. i have exactly same problem, but after AccessDeniedAccess Denied other string

also yesterday all was working fine with Plex
XPlay on same TV working fine

tv LG 55ub850v-zd
plex version 5.4.0

Synology DS216j DSM7.2.2 update 3.

There was a WebOS update today.
I just installed it and then had to do a full shutdown for it to complete installing.

Given the amount of time required, it seemed like a big update

My DS920 test box is also DSM 7.2.2

i think Your replay it’s not for me as my tv is 2014? :slight_smile:
also its need to be something related with plex client on LG as xplay work on same tv without any issues.
also in my case all updates on my tv are set to manual so nothing since yesterday was changed.

It’s fixed.

Please force (hard) restart the app.

Only the older models were impacted. Those of us on the new V2 were ok which is why I couldn’t reproduce it.

Everything is back to normal.
