Also having this issue on both my Samsung (Tizen) and LG (webOS) TV’s.
Very frustrating it’s been 3 months since the initial issue was raised, on a feature which is solely for paid subscription users, yet there has not yet been a response from Plex.
I raised a ticket earlier in the month, which looks like the exact same issue, which includes more extensive logs:
Waiting eagerly for a response from Plex on this ticket, the ticket which I have raised plus another similar ticket which I quoted in the ticket raised by myself.
