i have a question is it normal that I can’t stream LIVE TV direct via the Web-App.
With the iOS/Android or the Plex Client for MacOS or Windows it is possible.
If this is normal, will this be possible in the near future ?

What makes you think that it is not possible?
It is working here.
Is the issue that you cannot find it, how to start the playback
or is the issue that you want to start the playback, but it fails with e.g. an error message?
My problem is that my Server is not so powerful and with Direct Stream i can stream it fine (Only on Plex Clients not in the Web-App)
In the Web-App the stream has to be transcoded and as I said my server is not so powerful so there are lags.

At this present time, lags are normal. At least in the first few seconds atfer starting the stream. Though they should vanish later on.
What type of cpu is built into your server?
Can you provide me with the Plex XML info of a recording made with Plex
(from the same channel/station which makes trouble watching live)?
