I have multiple 4k movies on my server using SRT, not burned, subtitles and TrueHD audio tracks. I noticed that movies of my old encoding strategy using AAC 7.1 audio tracks are playing fine. But the new TrueHD ones were not. So, I created a sample video and it worked. Then I reencoded the same video with a subtitle track included and it now is throwing transcoding errors when I try to play. Upon reviewing the logs, a few errors stood out to me:

Why would it be trying to use ass_read_file when the subtitles are in SRT? Clearly there is missing fonts or bad paths in the installation but there should be no need to transcode video or subtitles as my player is perfectly capable. The audio is a different story. I know from reading online that webOS will never be able to play direct TrueHD but in the sample video which plays it transcodes to EAC3 5.1 which is fine.
