Libraries and media not showing up on all plex clients that have been added in last 6 months

Plex web client and iOS client do not show all the libraries (even under more). In addition, many of the media files are not showing up even when searched for. They show up on Plex server. Now I have found that all content since 6 months ago is not showing up on Plex web, Roku, Plex iOS - everything but the server. All the clients show the same thing and are missing everything added for the last 6 months.
