Suddenly all my media disappeared from my plex account after I got the lifetime subscription. Now I can’t add the libraries or anything. If I try to add my media it keeps asking me to download the plex server, which I have and is installed. I’ve been using this for years. I don’t understand what’s wrong with it. The plex server doesn’t even show up on my device list. Help please

Make sure to use a web browser, which is free from any add-ons like ad blockers, script blockers, privacy guards etc. pp.
