Libraries disappeared from the settings, I cannot access my contents anymore

2 days ago I had a cluster issue on one of my disk and since this event, all my libraries disappeared, in the settings the tab for libraries also disappeared and I have weird issues in the logs.
I tried to stop the server and launch it again: no changes
I tried to reboot: no changes
I tried to uninstall and re-install the server: no changes

It looks like a corruption of the PLEX_DATA but I cannot access it.
