Libraries disappeared

Hi Guys,

Today I noticed all the library files have disappeared!
I was watching through Plex on my Samsung TV fine yesterday, but today everything had gone.

Nothing has changed to my files location or authorised users etc., I can only think of some update during the night messed up something.

Anyway, I hope someone would be able to help on this problem.

I tried re-scanning, but nothing, I couldnt find an exact problem on these forums either.

Let’s start with some details about your PMS hardware and your network.

Tell us the exact error message you saw if any when it couldn’t see your libraries.

Reboot everything and give it all 10min or so to settle.

Then zip up your PMS Log Files the way it describes in Reporting Problems, and we should have enough data for a WD person to put eyes on this.

I just rebooted my WD Mycloud home and all is ok! I guess it was just an update that needed my WD to realign,
