WD My Cloud keeps library disappears and have to re-scan

My server has been running for the last 6 months fine my guess is there has been a update but since then my library disappeared and had to rescan library again but i lost all my playlist and metadata edits i only use plex for music but i have spent alot of time editing everything and a huge amount of time making playlists. I have now just tried to listen to some music and its all gone again. So my actual question is there any way of finding my original setup so all of my hard work isnt lost MY Cloud version is 6.1.0.119. Any help would be much appreciated

Same issue here. The second time is happening now.

Having the exact same issue. Only way I can get my content to show up is to delete the server from plex and re-add it, then it works for 24 hours and goes again. getting really frustrating now, as paying for plex pass to stream when away with work but not able to do so!

Same issue here, was working fine, then power outage, Plex server disappeared.

I reinstalled, worked for a bit, gone again.

My drive only has 5GB of free space, so I’m wondering if that is messing with the media server indexing and functioning.

I dont think its that ive got well over half my storage left and it still does it. I have a feeling that the plex server software is a custom version and its just a bit ■■■■. Im now just using a laptop and its alot more reliable.

Ok thanks, I was going to free up some space anyway, so I guess I was good using an older version until it updated on the power outage reboot. Wonder how to get back now. It was great until then.
