Libraries - Is this a problem?

My Plex Movie collection is organized into two folders
Animated - for animated movies
Live Action - for movies that are not animated

I created three Libraries
Animated (with the Animated folder) which has 99 Titles
Live Action(with the Live Action folder) which has 719 Titles
All Moves (with both folders) which has 774 Titles
The totals do not add up but that is due to the Collections I have created. I was expecting the Collections to carry with the folders - I was wrong.
IS there a way for the collections I created to be carried into the All Movies Collection without having to create them all over! I hope this question is clear!

I think collections are library specific.

too bad - I am not going through that creation again. May as well delete the All Movies Library
