Libraries missing on Fire TV cubes after password change

Server Version#:1.42.1.10060
Player Version#:10.30.5.4094

I recently got an email from Plex about a security issue and that I should change my password. Rather than follow the link in the email, which I consider unsafe, I changed my password from within Plex sever. The server changed perfectly fine, all libraries are complete. I had checked the box to sign out all devices attached to my account as a precaution. When I restarted Plex on the cubes, I first stopped the application and cleared the cache and data. When I started it again I went to plex.tv/link and reauthorized the devices. The problem is that now no personal media libraries are available on the devices. Both cubes IP addresses are listed in “List of IP addresses and networks that are allowed without auth”. What can I do to fix this issue?

All good, after a lot of mucking about I got it to work, it was a lot of trial and error so I can’t say what actually worked (sorry) but everything is now working fine.

I have the same problem on any of my android apps (Nvidia Shield, Galaxy Tablet, Flip 6 phone). I can get it to work thru a web browser, but after signing in, I would have to go into my account and “sign” in again. But nothing I can see on the apps. I really need it working on my Nvidia.

I’m not sure but when I authorized the devces the first few times it went directly to plex.tv/link to link the device. The 3rd time it gave me a sign in screen. I had signed out of plex server (shut it sown using Exit then restarting it) and cleared my internet cache just before. Without opening the server in my browser I went to plex.tv/link and got the log on screen. Not sure if this will help, like I said I mucked around for more than an hour getting it to work.

I finally fixed it. When I kept turning off plex server, I wasn’t actually quitting it. I just kept logging out (duh). When I went into the tray icon, and quit it there, and restarted it, everything worked. yesssssss!!!
