Suddenly today, my plex server is no longer seeing the movies on my hard drives. I can see the drives, access them and play the movies via a media player, but none of them are loading in plex anymore. I created a new library and they will not load either.
Where are you movies located? On external hard drives, or network shares, or even cloud storage?
Open the Plex media info of an item,
look at the path, where Plex is expecting to find the movie.
Compare that to the drive letter and folder/path name where you can see the media file in file explorer.
