Yesterday I had rearranged the files in one of my TV Show folders and noticed that the folder was not updating. This morning, I cleared the cache, rebooted my PC and was then unable to see the main libraries. Now I can see the main library, but am now getting the “Server Setting Unavailable” message and still unable to get the libraries to update. I’ve attached the debug log.
Please attach the Plex Media Server logs, found in the Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Logs in a zip file.
Logs, crash reports and a note from WinZip regarding a corrupted file included.
So after reviewing the logs and reports, what are the next steps?
I loaded the latest update and all is well.
