Libraries showing not available on certain devices (not all)

Hi all,

I’ve been a very heavy user of Plex Pro for the past 6-7 years now and I’ve sometimes come accross some issues but allways managed to solve them.

But this time… I’m lost.

I cant access my server from any device, (including my quickconnect link+port number, default localhost address, https://app.plex.tv/desktop, etc) except my mobile devices and the mobile app (iPhone + iPad) where it works as normal. So AppleTV app not working either.

At first, on chome it was saying “Error 400 Bad Request The plain HTTP request was sent to HTTPS port” but now it’s even worse it just sais "This page isn’t working IPAddress.ID.direct.quickconnect.to didn’t send any data.

I’m running plex on a Synology NAS (DS 423+) from the package center installed direcly from Plex download page

I litteraly didnt touch anything (not even an update since last one was in September) for this to happen.

I allready tried rebooting the whole network + Clients + server + NAS and reinstalling latest plex version

I managed to access the server setting by doing “http://:32400/web” and now I see that I am not Authorized to access those libraries (that are my own) whil being connected to my account.

A redditer told me that it could be that it could be my certificate that had expired and it wasn’t being renewed and that he came here for it to be renewed and it worked again

I have revoked your certificate. It was stuck during the automatic renewal.
Stop and restart your server.
Then wait a few minutes.
