Is there any way to display an Album using “Track Order” (the order in which the tracks actually appear) ?
If your files have embedded metadata and have the ‘Track Number’ set correctly, then yes, of course the album will be shown in the right order.
But I assume you are not using a real Plex client but a generic DLNA player, right?
In which case, there are some DLNA client which order the tracks alphabetically on their own volition. The Plex DLNA server is serving the track up to them in the right order. I’ve just verified that.

From the Web page interface, I view a Library http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html#!/server/…
I pull down either ‘Tracks’ or ‘Folder’ in ‘List’ format and it shows all of my mp3 files.
Problem is, there is no column for ‘Track Number’ even though the ID3 tag does contain the proper track number.
Any idea how to display it in this manner?
If you want to display an album, then set the view mode to ‘Album’
Tried that, but there is no pulldown with ‘Track Number’, so the order appears to be random.

OK, I can see that your sampler album has incorrect metatags.
Right now, you probably have ~25 identically named albums - each with a different ‘Album Artist’.
This way, you won’t get a view where you can see all tracks of that one album - because for Plex it is not one album, but 25 albums.
For these ‘sampler’ albums to work in Plex, you need to have one identical ‘Album Artist’ per sampler. Which means the Album Artist tag for each track in such an album must be identical.
