In the latest version: 8.4.0.19279 When you enter any library, the library button no longer shows the entire library. It only flashes and stays on Recommended… How can I fix this or how can I download the previous version?

Since you have a Plex Pass you can download whichever you want from the release notes announcements Plex for Android
