Library files are never found

I have a MacBook Pro (mid 2014) with an updated OS Catalina 10.15.2.
After my last OS update and last Plex Media Server update Plex no longer finds any of my files in my “complete” folder. Plex has worked successfully for a number of years and this is the first time this has happened. The file name is correct. Every time I refresh there are not library files found. After downloading a TV Show it never appears on in the TV Shows library.

What is going on?

Considering your on Catalina there are lots more security measures in place from Apple.

System Preferences/ Security & Privacy
Unlock with Admin password
Left menu scroll down to Files and folders
In the right box scroll down to Plex Media Server and Check Removable Volumes.
