I am running MacOS 10.13.6 with Media Server version 1.19.1.2645. My libraries are showing as empty, and I cannot get Plex to see ANY media in them at all. I’ve tried deleting them, clearing the cache, reloading, rescanning, the plex dance etc. This includes libraries that used to show perfectly. Additionally, I cannot delete most of my personal libraries from the server (tried to delete them and re-add, but they won’t even let me do that through the web client). I’m stuck, help!!!
@benjorel Please open a separate thread. Your problem is most likely different than the OP. Also, please include MacOS version (you’ll be asked if you don’t include it).
Have you named your episodes according to the naming convention proposed by Plex?
Plex will ignore files that don’t match a certain schema.
Yes, I have tried that. It happens with movies too. Running Mac OS 10.13.6.

Have you already checked if your database has been corrupted? Sounds like something got really messed up…
