I have a roku stick and roku ultra…
How come the library format looks like this for this ONE movie library ; from stick

and on the Roku stick it looks like this…

same settings. Any idea???
however the stick and the ultra are using different accounts

The upper one maybe had its “Agent” set to “Personal Media”, instead of “Plex Movie”.

however if I click on the movie I get a full layout..full size poster..

I guess this is a pure client issue then.
Maybe particular to the Roku stick. Or perhaps dependent on some kind of client setting.
Unfortunately I am not familiar with the Roku at all (they are not available where I live).

This is weird… I signed into the same account TIGGER401 on the roku ultra and it looked normal… signed back into my account and it went to a different layout… how can an account change settings??

OK… I signed out and signed back in and it went to Normal posters…weird

Maybe it only had some weird caching issue.
