Hi there I have migrated my database as I have moved server from OSX to Ubuntu but I have an issues that 2 shows are showing with a -1 watched icon I have tried marking all unwatched and then marking as watched again but issue still there. Here an screenshot added.
How to I completely purge both shows from database so I can re-added them
Move the media files to some place Plex is not monitoring (the folders listed for the Library section they are in).
Update the Library and wait for it to finish.
Empty Trash
Clean bundles (let this finish too … computer will be quiet again).
If you wish the extra step, Optimize Database
All trace, including the fingerprint PMS uses to identify duplicates, will have been purged.
You may now move it back if you wish
Hi there followed all the steps but when I move the show back into plex watched folder it still has the watch count it so database most still have reference to it. Any ideas?
When odd things happen with movie/TV media in Plex, the first thing I do is make sure my media conforms to the Media Preparation guidelines. I have no idea if or why non-compliance with those guidelines would cause the problem you are seeing, but getting your files into compliance at least removes that possibility.
