I’ve looked all through the forums and unfortunately I don’t see any posts that seem to be having the issue I am. Apologies if I’ve overlooked the solution but maybe someone can point me to the answer.
The issue that I seem to be having is that lets say there is a new episode for a TV show, so when I open TV series, I see an unwatched play count of “1”. I watch the episode and return back to the TV series screen and the play count still shows “1” new episode. The only way to get the interface to update, is to select another library (in this instance, I would be in TV series, then have to go to movies, then back to TV series) before the play count would be accurate again. It doesn’t just happen in the TV Series library, but in any Library I have. Is there a setting I’m missing or am I the only person who is having this issue?
My Setup:
- Windows i5 PC running PMS v. 1.18.7.2438 - No media is being watched on this PC, just used to run PMS and other apps for automating downloading of media.
- 2 Firestick 4k
- Nvidia Shield Pro 4k (2019)
Issue happens on ALL devices, and seems to have been an issue for quite some time. I’d hoped an update would fix this, but I’ve updated PMS multiple times, but this particular issue remains.
Any help would be appreciated!
