I just rebuilt my server for the first time in 6 years. After installing the latest version of PMS, I’ve run into an issue I haven’t seen before where the watched/unwatched status of TV Shows won’t show correctly and I’ve got a couple of shows that show a majorly incorrect counter. For instance, I’ve gone through and marked The Americans, 911, and Blacklist all as watched 4 times apiece. Going back through my library, the counter has reset itself and shows more episodes than contained in the folder. I have 10 episodes in the 911 folder but the counter shows 61 unwatched. I’ve beat my head off my desk for 2 days and can’t figure it out. Any suggestions?
+1 on this im having the exact same issue on my nvidia shield with google adroid tv box plex web is fine shows correctly but on the plex app on my nvidia shield some tv shows over 100 unwatched episodes when there are only 10 total strange thing is when i go into the tv show itself it shows they are all watched, another example is tv show blacklist in the tv show list shows i have 3 to watch when i go into it all episodes show as watched, and even marking all as watched does not ressolved anyone from plex admin care to comment?? this only started to happen a couple of updates ago so it must be something that was changed in an update
