Library on Apple TV does not display as per that on Server. Always behind on updates

I have a DS416 with DSM 7.2 64551 running on a Mac Mini M2 under Sequoia 15.2 using SMB. This is connected to the Mac via ethernet.
Plex is Version 4.129.1

I use a 1 gigabit Ethernet (Cat 6) and a TP-Link Archer VR2800 Router.

I cannot, for the life of me, workout why the Library that I see on my Mac (Safari Version 18.2 (20620.1.16.11.8) just never agrees with the what is currently displayed on the Apple TV.

Any ideas please?
