Library plays music, but library & playlists won't populate when connected remotely

When connecting remotely, I am able to play music but the library & playlists tabs are blank. If I connect to my Wifi, those pages load. The Music - Desktop page loads everything (e.g. Recently Played Music, Artists on Tour, etc.) and I can select any of the options on that page, but the library won’t populate.

My apologies if this is a repeat post but I couldn’t find this specific issue on the forum… Thanks in advance for any help!
