Plex Phone App "Library" and "Collections" tabs with remote connection

Using either iOS or Android unable to see content under the “Library” or “Collections” tabs but on content shows under “Recommmended” tab. I can also play the content under that table with both iOS and Android. No message or errors just no content from my PMS libraries displaying. The phones had WiFi turned off to force use of cellular data and ensure they were not on the local network.

From the same phones, if you go to https://plex.tv/web can see content under all tabs. However, via Indirect connection which I believe is expected.

The next images from my Android phone shows that under “Recommended” I can see content from all my libraries. And I can select anything that shows here and it streams successfully to my phone over cellular data. The “Recommended” tab for all my libraries displays content.

This shows that the “Library” tab is blank and cannot see anything in my “Movies-Children” library. The “Library” tab for all my libraries do not display any of my content.

My plex media is served up from my Synology DS-918 which I upgraded the Plex app to the latest version as of today.

I share the same libraries/content with my brother and he has the same experience. He can see content under the “Recommended” tab but not “Library” nor “Collections”. Unfortunately the “Recommended” tab does have the content he is looking for.

It shows content under both tabs when on the same network. The issue is simply with remote connections. And remote from the same PWS HOME-NAS server can display content to our Cabin via Roku which is remote from the PWS.

Hopefully someone out there can point me in the right direction to resolve this issue.
