No items in library with Remote Access

I have a PMS running on an Nvidia Shield. It’s set up for Remote Access. I can connect and see files and play files except… on an Android phone (Samsung S21+) the player shows files under Recommended, but when I select Libray, it tells me there are no items. It will play the Recommended files, though. And if I switch to WiFi, the library files reappear.

I’ve also tested this with an Apple iPhone and it works perfectly, both on WiFi and Cellular.

Is this a bug or is there a special setting I’m missing?

I was able to get it to show the library entries by stopping the Plex app on the phone and restarting. It’s just so odd that the recommended items showed and played, but not any of the library.

Hi.
I am new to the forum. My friend shared his server and library with me. But it suddenly disappeared from my account. I tried on all devices, reinstalled it too. But it still shows no media shared at his end. He says he had already shared it with me. How to fix this?
