I’ve got PMS running on a Synology behind NAT. PMS believes remote access is “fully accessible outside your network”. I can stream movies and music both from on the home network as well as when connected from outside.
The problem is, on the mobile devices, switching between home and remote networks result in the library and collections tabs becoming empty. This happens both when device goes from home to remote or from remote to home.
The Recommendations tab remains populated and I can select items from it to play even if both other tabs are empty.
If I restart the app on the mobile device (through force closing and reopening) then the Library and Collections tabs populate as expected.
