Library scan not finding Media

Player Version#: Web 4.8.4

I recently transferred my server from a windows server 2012 r2 server to an Unraid server. I’ve got the official Plex docker up and running and can play all the media I transferred over from the old server. However when I go to add new media I can see it in the Plex-Movies share with all my other media and it is named correctly but the library scan doesn’t seem to see it. I’ve been struggling with this for a few days and am truly out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

File system rights…

You need to make sure, that the user running PMS on your Linux box has the needed rights to access your media
