Bug plex scan. Help plz

Big Plex bug.

my server is in docker on unraid. I am using the latest version of the server
Motherborad : P8Z77-V
Processor : i7-3770K CPU 3.5
Memory 16 Gib DDR3
GPU GeForce GTX 660

my Plex Film folder has the rights (write - reader) There are 366 videos well detected. So no worries here.

Yet for 1 week, all new videos are no longer detected by scanning.

I changed nothing.

I tried to create a new folder (write - read). I have the videos in it.

When I want to add this folder in plex (Manage library/Edit/Add folders/Browse and choose a multimedia folder), no video appears in the folder. Yet the 1st file we can see them well.

Can you help me ?

Can you post your server logs along with one of the file names and path that are being skipped?

supervisord.log (203.5 KB)

Plex Media Server.1.log (1.1 MB)
Plex Media Server.2.log (4.4 MB)

here is what I can give you. the relevant file is : /media/film/A - Nouveau Test
In this folder, however, there are many more videos.

Thex you.

Plex cant see that directory. Odds are the user plex is running as doesnt have permissions to that directory.

I am also going to point out that your file naming schema is no where near what plex is looking for. Here is my standard response to that:

If you want to save yourself a lot of time I would recommend using Download - tinyMediaManager and use ${title} (${year}) {imdb-${imdb}} as the new name format.

Thank you for the info. On the other hand, the file has the right rights, everything is in 0777

Can you please post your entire server logs? and not just the 2 that you previously posted. Depending on what we are looking for there are 5-10 different files that might contain relevant information.

Try cleaning up a couple of file names and then doing the plex dance and see if that changes anything.
