Library showing media from other folders

I recently built a new Plex Media Server. I am moving all of my media to from the old one to the new one. My Movies library is showing videos from adjacent folders.
For example, the media in the following folders are showing in the library.
M:\Movies
M:\Tutorials
The Movies folder is the only one added to the library.

I think I added the root of M: at first and then corrected it. I am assuming that is where the problem started. I have since removed the library and recreated it. The media from the other folders still showed up in the library. I’m guessing there is some remnants in the database.

Can anyone help me get rid of the extraneous media?

Can you provide a screenshot of the folders you added for your library? Then scan you library and get me the scanner log file. If you don’t know how, just get me the entire PMS log file. Settings \ Server \ Help \ Download logs

Sorry. I ended up just creating a new library and slightly changing the name. It worked fine. The real test will be when I change the name back though.
