Hi, all i want to say, thanks for a great mediaserver, im new here, so just beginning to understand everything about this PLEX 
right now that i’m wondering/hoping for is just a new library type for ANIME movies and tvseries… i would like to have that separatly like i can with movies / series… Do you have any plans for supporting things like this in the future?
Having an Anime library type would be a nice feature to have.
What I have seen others on YouTube with their Plex setups is that they create a new TV library and call it Anime TV then they create a new Movies library and call it Anime Movies. They then use the thetvdb agent or install the animedb agent as the agent to fill in the information about that Anime TV series and Movies.
What you want to do if you are going to create a new Anime TV/Movie library is that you want all of your Anime shows in one main folder on your computer and all of your Anime movies in another main folder on your computer. Then point the Anime TV library to the Anime TV main folder and point the Anime Movie library to the Anime Movie folder.
I have over 60 Anime TV series on my Plex server and am seriously thinking of creating a new Anime TV library to store these.
I don’t have a lot of Anime, but I do have a separate library for them. I know sopme of the purists out there wouldn’t classify Futurama as Anime, but I do, so it goes there as well as the official Anime…
Having a library type to put everything like this, including movies would be great., though. I voted for the OP by putting my “Like” in it…
i figured i had to go that way also, creating a “tv show” bracket for my anime series… but, it does work
Early 2021 clean-up: implemented (no dedicated media type for libraries but use movie/tv-show type libraries with standard or custom agents)
